Jeff Hanna
Jeff Hanna of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band playing "Fishin' in the Dark" wearing the guitar strap Elaine made for him while Bud and Jimmie were playing Jews harps in the shoe shop. He couldn't find a nice, plain, leather guitar strap, like his very fine, old favorite.

The Ultimate "Dirthead" Collectible!
Jimmy Ibbotson, Ibby, giving Bud and Elaine his personal
WEA Music of Canada Ltd. Award commemorating the sale of over 50,000 units of
"More Great Dirt - Best Of" along with Jeff Hanna and Jimmie Fadden.
Who knew you could get a gold record award for making shoes!

Jeff Hanna is the fourth member of the band to get a pair of our shoes. He found time after the show in Jordan, MN, to stop by our room and pick up his Town & Country shoes in person.

This is Jimmie Fadden in his special drummin' shoes, "Air Faddens". He wants very slippery, lightweight shoes, so Bud put leather soles and heels on his oxfords, with no steel shanks. The best reason for leather soles in 500 years! This is the "harp of choice" in shoemakers' heaven!

Here is Ibby performing at Minnesota Harvest in Jordan, MN, wearing a coat and tie, and our Town & Country Shoes! You can wear a suit with your T&Cs!

Bob Carpenter is an awesome musician and gave us a copy of his really classy new CD, "The Sun, The Moon, & The Stars". He's not wearing our shoes in this picture, so I cut his feet off! Actually, he was wearing our oxfords before the show, but it was very cold in that tent for someone from Los Angeles, and we fitted his shoes for California socks!

Bob, Ibby, Jeff, Jimmie, Jaime, Jonathan & John The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's encore at Minnesota Harvest in Jordan, MN, on October 16, 2004, their last show of the season. On stage with them were Jeff's son, Jaime, and John's son, Jonathan. They did a four song encore that was a performance unto itself!
It really was! Wow! Thank you guys!

Jimmie Fadden
Jimmie Fadden, sporting the new apron we made for him, wearing his 4 year old Town & Country shoes. Jimmie, "Haven't had 'em off since I got 'em!", is one of the founding members of the band and he is the one who found us!
